All shipments are sent via PostNord.
If you do not receive a notification, please check your email spam folder to ensure the message hasn’t ended up there.
Always contact us if you have not received your package within 14 days!
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kontakt@historyfashionista.se.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided to us is correct.
We do not ship items or begin manufacturing custom-ordered products until we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Please note that it can sometimes take 1–3 days for payments to appear in our account.
If the shipment is not collected in time and is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of up to SEK 500 to cover our costs (and you will not be refunded any part of the original cost).
