By law, you as a consumer have 14 days to cancel your purchase and it is your duty to notify us of this. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the item. When returning, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products. Therefore, it is important that the products are sent well packed and in the original packaging.
Refunds are made after the item has been checked. There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal for goods that are specially made according to wishes or have a clear personal touch, such as garments made to your personal measurements.
Delivery
The delivery time for the product until it is estimated to be sent is up to 5 days for finished product and up to 30 days for product, which must be manufactured according to wishes and adaptations.
Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Unapproved returns
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We do not accept returns of goods that are defective in any of the following
• Is clearly used or otherwise differs from the original condition.
• If labels are missing or damaged.
We want your return with us within 14 days from when your package was picked up, don’t forget that it can take a few days with the post and until we have time to pick up the package.
Reimbursement of the goods takes place as soon as possible after the goods have been checked.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

Miscellaneous
All of our products are handmade, this means that slight variations in manufacturing may occur. This is because a handmade product can never have the same degree of tolerance in manufacturing as a machine-made product. We guarantee that all garments and products are of high quality and skillfully made, but variations in appearance may occur due to manual measurement, cutting and sewing.
These variations are part of what makes crafts so unique. Therefore, as a customer, you must understand that certain reasonable errors may exist in the product. We reserve the right for any typing errors on the page. We try to do our best for color reproduction, but keep in mind that colors can be rendered differently on different screens, these differences are not reason enough for a return.
